Description
This is a redesign of my http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:165440 – the position of the pin hole was just slightly off, it didn’t close the window as tightly as it should; at freeway speeds, it was like having the window rolled down a tiny bit.

So, I moved the pin hole a couple of millimeters, and that did the trick.

And, since that one broke when removing the pin, I also redesigned it to be made of two parts to maximize the strength (to minimize the the reliance on layer bond strength).

Printing Instructions
The parts should be printed oriented as-is to maximize the parts’ strength in the intended axis.

The hole for the pin may be a bit too tight; I used an 11/64 drill bit which made the hole loose enough to hammer the pin in, while remaining tight enough to hold the pin firmly.

I glue the two parts together with superglue (lactate ultra gel control).
