Description
Vision 3D Printer “Y” axis belt tensioner. Fits existing 4 hole pattern drilled in the wooden heated bed platform.
This part also keeps the belt line of action tangent to the bushings and parallel to the Y axis smooth rods. It may be insignificant,but I believe that this belt line of action is what we want.

Printing Instructions
This has been designed, but not yet printed. I wanted to get it out as soon as possible. I think I will print this with ABS, .5 nozzle, .4mm layer height, with supports and .4 infill. Assembly is to use the same diameter screws as for the stock vision (3mm), but might need different lenths. The tensioning screw to be used is for a 3mm diameter screw.
