Description
I found a nice source of filament at good pricing at Filament Central, but their spools are too deep to fit on my Replicator 2 spoolholder. So I designed my own in Solidworks. I have also uploaded the Solidworks source file so you can customize it as you see fit.

Be sure to use support. I got better results with a thicker wall and 20% infill.
