Description
This is a Filament Spooler that I created for my Prusa I3. Living on the coast in a high humidity area, I decided to create a closed box Filament Spooler that I can put silaca crystals in to try and control moisture.
It is designed to be placed inside a container and takes an 18mm dowel.
You will need some M4 Nuts and Bolts in order to mount it in the container.
Created in FreeCAD, included original source file.
Printing Instructions
The Inner mount is 10mm thick and is 40mm x 40mm in size.
The outer mount is 5mm thick and is 40mm x 40mm in size.
Print at normal scale. The samples shown are printed in Black ABS at 0.3mm layer thickness.
Created in FreeCAD, included original source file.
